We offer a period of 14 calendar days to process the exchange or return, any request made outside this timeframe will be rejected.

Products must be returned in perfect condition, if the item is returned in poor condition (dirty, damaged, with bumps or scratches...), 4CCCCEES will not accept any exchange or refund.

We recommend protecting the box with the same packaging we used for the original shipment, in case you no longer have the original packaging, you can use a similar one so that the purchased item arrives undamaged.

The management of the exchange or return through our website may involve shipping / handling costs, which will be reflected while your request your exchange or return on our portal.

Right of withdrawal

The purchaser shall have a period of fourteen calendar days to withdraw from the contract, starting from the day the customer receives the product, without penalty and without stating the reasons.
