We offer a period of 14 calendar days to process the exchange or return, any request made outside this timeframe will be rejected. If a return has been started but not sent in over 20 days, we'll cancel your return and won't accept it.
Products must be returned unworn and in perfect condition, if the item is returned in poor condition (dirty, damaged, with bumps or scratches...), 4CCCCEES will not accept any exchange or refund. The shoe box must be the original one from 4CCCCEES.
We recommend protecting the box with the same packaging we used for the original shipment, in case you no longer have the original plastic/box packaging, you can use a similar one so that the purchased item arrives undamaged.
The management of the exchange or return through our website may involve shipping / handling costs, which will be reflected while your request your exchange or return on our portal.
Please, keep in mind that duties/ tariffs are non refundable since they're a mandatory charge imposed by UK/ CA/ USA customs.
