Taking its cue from a heavy lug sole and exaggerated proportions, PLITA’s buoyant form alludes to natural elements such as dandelion heads, mushroom gills, or the cracks of tree bark where loose structural components come together as one. Its foamed rubber outsole is lightweight, flexible, and voluminous (a 60mm heel with a 20mm platform), culminating in a modern, fresh, and comfortable appeal.
